Your Healthy Lifestyle Toolbox
Wednesday, July 29, 10 am, FREE
What items are "in" my toolbox?
Why should they be in there (i.e. nutrition, endurance, range of motion, balance and more)?
How much potential do I have to keep these tools "sharp"? How can I go about doing this? This workshop will be led by Leah Tanton who is trained in Exercise Science and currently teaches Exercise Physiology at U of M.
