What items are "in" my toolbox? Why should they be in there (i.e. nutrition, endurance, range of motion, balance and more)? How much potential do I have to keep these tools "sharp"? How can I go about doing this? This workshop will be led by Leah Tanton who is trained in Exercise Science and currently teaches Exercise Physiology at U of M.
