Class will meet for 8 weeks. Tested, tried and true, this eight session, small class setting is facilitated by caring, well trained volunteers and will change your life. Participants of this program learn to view falls and fear of falling as controllable; set realistic goals to increase activity; change their environment to reduce fall risk factors; and exercise to increase strength and balance.
